Micah & Ethan

I LOVED this wedding.  Micah and Ethan are so easy going...my kind of people.  This wedding was so fun.  The ceremony took place at a beautiful church, First United Methodist, in downtown Lubbock, and the reception at one of my favorite places, LHUCA (Louise Hopkins Underwood Center of the Arts).  When I'm in an art gallery, it feels like home.  ;)  Of course, my rockstar friend Amy-Rose King came along.  She'll be posting her awesomeness real soon... so go see.  

Miss Laney, Welcome.

This awesome family moved across the country to join our church and become leaders for our youth.  The have such sweet spirits and I was honored to photograph their growing family.  Friends, meet our newest Southern Belle.

My Anna.

It was an amazing and warm night out at my parent's house this weekend.  I looked at the temp at 10pm and it was almost 60 degrees outside.  That's just nuts for December here in West Texas.  As we sat around the fire on the back porch, I saw Anna hand-raking leaves into a pile getting them ready to throw.  I ran for my light and camera.  :)

I thought the moon was a fun touch in the background.  Ha!

Micah: Bride

Micah and Ethan were married today and I am so excited to show her bridals to everyone.  She has SUCH an amazingly fun personality and has been a joy to work with.  Their wedding was beautiful, as is she in these photographs.  Have an awesome time in New York guys!
